The Hardin County Tourism Team exhibited at the Kentucky State Fair, August 19-29, 2010. Our booth theme was "Coca-Cola", and featured Coca-Cola memorabilia from Schmidt's Museum of Coca-Cola Memorabilia of Elizabethtown. Rich Griendling's mobile sculpture with the Coca-Cola log wrapped around life-sized fiberglass bodies was also a part of the exhibit. More than 60 volunteers from across the County staffed the booth during the 11-day event. The exhibit was coordinated and sponsored by the Elizabethtown Tourism and Convention Bureau and the Radcliff/Fort Knox Convention and Tourism Commission.

2010 Kentucky State Fair Tourism Basket Winner Mr. Jack Ganzer of Louisville, Kentucky was the lucky winner of the 2010 Kentucky State Fair Tourism Booth basket. The basket was filled with Coca-Cola memorabilia, as well as items provided by both the Radcliff/Fort Knox Convention and Tourism Commission and the Elizabethtown Tourism and Convention Bureau. Our many thanks to the people and organizations who donated items for the basket.
